My take on these ideas, technology should only be given with someone who's busy, and had what do with their lives, if you have any free time or head space, stay far away

The sugars in candy can be positive as a food, for example someone with diabetes...

I believe there are better alternatives like with just suger...
I don't think candy should be banned though;) there is so much good that comes from candy!!

No one size fits all fit anything? What about Moshe? Rebbe? Nusach shava lechol nefesh?

We don't evaluate people only on their ability, even when an incompetent person turns 13 (a number) we don't him for certain things, he has a set of obligations. Meaning there are scenarios that we divide people just by the age
