Depends sis. If you’re still filing for the fiance visa petition, then submit i-134 together with i-129f. But If you’re on the visa stage already, then beneficiary should just bring the completed form with her (either original or scanned) during the visa interview ,as a requirement. ☺️

Hi sis I'm your subcriber..by the way interview ko nong January 16 2024 4 days ago...dala ko lahat na requirements ng fiance ko at documents ko para ready lahat as in complete ang documents ko bitbit ko talagang ang kapal Kasama na Ang mga proof namin,pero sa fiance ko divorce decree lang hiningi sa akin as in Hindi kumuha ang Affidavit of support ng fiance ko as in hindi,sa final interview Hindi rin nag tanong ang American consule,pero approved ako binigyan ako ng phamplet at hintayin n lng sa LBC ang visa ko...I think Hindi kailangan siguro ang Affidavit base on my experience.. Thanks God...🙏ang bait ni consule really I can't believe bakit hindi kinuha ang Affidavit of support even bank statement certificate ng fiance ko..🙏🙏🙏

Hi sis ., congratulations., flying time na sis. Okay lang yun sis, ako rin naman hindi nila hiningan ng i-134. Divorce decree lang rin sakin. Pero I made that video kasi alam kong kasali yan sa requirements. Marami rin ang hinihingan niyan sis. But it’s case to case basis. Dependecsa assessment ni consul. So importante pa rin yan sis. Hindi lahat ng dala natin sis hihingin ni consul, but dapat complete pa rin dala natin. Mas mabuti ng sobrang complete ang dala natin kaysa kulang diba. Good for us na yun lang ang hiningi satin. 🥰

Thanks Joy for the video. My fiancé just completed the DS-160 and I'm completing I-134 now. She's also from Cebu City and already schedule for medical at St. Lukes this month and interview in June @the US Embassy in Manila. Wondering if you did a video on medical and interview 🙄. And after coming to US, was there a culture shock and how did you cope with living here? I want to ease her into the US culture. That’s good , goodluck for her interview , yeap I do have videos about my medical experience, also reuquirements, and my interview experience Nd requirements all separate as well. You may want to check it out. Coming and living here was not easy for me at first. Yes let’s say culture shock etc. Adjustment to everything in here po. I was homesick too but it wasn’t a big deal for me, I was busy adjusting myself in all aspects. Coping varies to each individual po but as long as you support each other, everything will be alright. I encouraged myself to get busy with little activities that I love or hobbies , help my husband some house works or chores, or run errands, but of course adjustment is real. Hanging out, travel or touring also would help not just to enjoy but to become more oriented or get familiarized and to learn more. God bless to you both and take care po 🥰

Hello., yeah I think you’re confused and that’s okay. So there will be another form Affidavit of support that you should fill out for the greencard. It’s the form I-864. This one is for the fiance petition and requirement for the K1 visa interview. They didn’t ask for mine. But I heard a lot of them during the interview were asked. 😊

Hi. I am sponsoring my grandmother and her brother for a US Tourist visa. I just have a few questions because I’m not sure how to fill it: 1) Her brother has 4 children, would his dependents be the wife and the 4 children? How many are the total number of dependents, is it 5 including the wife? - Part 2. Beneficiary Financial Information/ Income 2) I put September 1 for intended date of arrival in the DS-160. And the end date is 1-month. But the earliest interview date we could get is on September 12. How do I fill up “Part 2 of Beneficiary Anticipated Length of Stay” in the I-134? Is it ok not to match? 3) I am sponsoring and inviting both of them at the same time for the first time. I have not submitted the I-134 before. Should I check “No” on the question that asks “if I have previously submitted form I-134”? I hope to hear from you the soonest. I am waiting to finish this so I can mail my documents to the Philippines. Thank you 🙏

Hello po., 1) yes 5 total if he is financially supporting all of them. I think so because it says all dependents that he supports financially. 2) just make sure the date of intended arrival is after the interview date. But if you you have submitted the ds-160 already, i think it will be okay. If they were being asked during the interview, they should just be honest. Length of stay , just make sure you put the legal number of days or not to exceed the number of days a tourist visa is allowed. 3). No Godbless on your processing po maam . 😊

Hello po, if the income is not from employment do not put it. Put it on #17. If both jobs are employment, you may put your name on box 1 & 2. Or just on box 1 and then put the total amount of the two jobs . It’s your option. I’m sure it will be fine either way. 😊

Hi, it means how much cash you have in the bank and on hand. It says there currently. It doesn’t mean when you have to sell those properties, but it’s the cash that you currently have. 😊

Hello sis., the part 3 no.14 is the information (financial) of the sponsor or individual agreeing to support. That’s why he puts his name on the box and marked as “self”. The’rs no name for the beneficiary. He puts 1 in the box which counts for his son, and not me. The name mentioned in part 2 , which is me, should not be counted. That’s what he put on the form sis., I just followed. 😊

hello,. as what I know, each interviewee should bring one I-134 to the interview. So one form I-134 for each beneficiary even if they have multiple sponsors, just one i-134 for each beneficiary. Have it signed and scanned by the sponsor. Email it to the beneficiary so he/she could print it and bring it with her during the interview. ☺

Send it together with the I-129F form if you are yet filing for the fiance petition. If you’re on the visa stage already, no need to send it but beneficiary must bring a copy of duly accomplished i-134 form during her visa interview. 😊

Hello, for the assets that comes from employment or work salary should be amswered on table 14 or number 14. Based on ANNUAL income. And the assets NOT based feom salary or employment should be answered on number 17. The checking account mentioned there means how much money you have in checking account that you can easily produce in cash currently. Sometimes it would mean it comes from salary though. 😊

Add lang ni petitioner si co sponsor. But to make sure sis, pwede mo e check sa I-134 Instructions, nasa wesite ng USCIS, pagclick mo i-134 merong options doon na Instructions, every number or Part yung instructions sis. 🥰

hello,. Have you file for I-129F petition for K1 visa already? that form I-134 is one of the supporting documents. But if you are on the NVC stage already or for visa interview stage, yes just send a copy to your fiance for the visa interview. She needs to bring that with her. No need an approval form uscis. You have your own signature in it which is important. ☺

@@jahidulkaren hello sir., are you filing for a fiance visa petition? Just use the form i-134, not the i-134A. Form i-134A is a different form, not for k1 visa applicants. As far as i know you have to fill out only one i-134 form for each beneficiary. But since there are two sponsors in your case , you all have to provide the supporting documents. Your sister has to provide the same supporting documents as you do. 😊

Use the same form sis. Just add your aunts name on the boxes which states as the sponsor also. Because only one form I-134 for each beneficiary lang sis. 😊

Hi., what did you mean to withdraw the form? I assume you want to download it from the USCIS website. Or simply google it and download it from there. You only need the form I-134 if it’s for K1 visa and you don’t need the I-134A. 🙂

Hi po., nope you don’t have to submit it, dalhin lang po ni beneficiary ang copy during the visa interview, consul may or may not ask for it. Pwede scanned copy lang po. If petitioner haven’t filed for the fiance visa petition yet, he/she may be required, or send this form together with the form I-129F for the application. 🥰

Peritioner is expected to submit the form together with the form I-129F upon filing for the k1 visa petition . And eventually, beneficiary must also bring a signed updated form to the US embassy upon or during her visa interview. The consulate may or may not ask for it, depends on their assessment, so better be prepared than not. 🥰

Hi sis., yeap tayo dapat mag provide niyan. But since meron kayong lawyer cya na ang nag fill out. Sign nalang kayo. So pwede lang mag sign cya dun sa US then send niya sayo through email ang form, then e print mo lang sis then you sign it. Then dalhin mo sa interview. 😊

@@maryhannemarcelo5563 and pwede mo check video ko sis about i-134, pinakita ko yung updated form. Make sure lang during interview mo hindi lumagpas sa validity date yung form na dadalhin mo if ever mag fill out si petitioner ng advance.

Pede nba gumawa fiance ko kahit wala pa case ready pero approved na kami ng March 19 2024 retired na sia

Hello po sorry i am so confused now kasi our immigration attorney decided to not continue helping us and sent us refund ng professional fee nya. The last thing he did for us is, he submitted our DS160 then he sent us the DS160 confirmation. What is the next step po? And san po namin e submit ang form I.134? Salamat po

No prob yan sis., you’re on the vis stage naman. So now schedule your medical then payment, then schedule interview then payment. Yan lang sis medical ang interview ka na. No need to submit i-134, dadalhin lang yan during interview. 😊

@@ejoyenjoys sis I am making new DS 160 kasi di ako binigyan nang access ng attorney for me to review the DS 160 he made. Okay lang ba na i made a new one? Hindi pa naman ako nag sched ng interview and medical. Salamat talaga sa answers
