I’m going back to the US this December to file the re entry permit, would it be advisable for relatives to mail the I-131 a month before I get to the country so I’m in the country to take biometrics? Since I can’t stay too long in the US as I need to return back to my country for university. Also I reside at Virginia Beach, VA. I’d love to hear which office near me would the I-131 be filed at as the relative who’ll file it is on the older side.

In part one of the form you explain what you put in the blanks, but you didn't explain, for example, that the "class of admission" is under "category" on the permanent resident card. Not helpful.

You dont need to fill PART 4 .... you are not DACA.

You should have skipped part 4, and gone straight to part 7. In your case you are not a DACA recipient.

not required but since it was free to file it together with my AOS, might as well get it just in case!🤍

Sa page 3 , date of intended departure, pwede ba any date lang. no plans of leaving USA yet unless there is an emergency

Part 7: On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered. Paano sis ginawa mo dito?

Hi sis, as per instructions, page 10 letter C, just include the NOA that you filed for AOS. If filing concurrently, of course there's no NOA yet, I will just assume that it's automatically understandable by the USCIS. Because that's what I will do :D heheh

Hello! If u file the 131 with AOS it is free😊 kaya nag apply n din ako kahit wala ako balak umalis ng US, just for emergency purposes 🤍
