Mam, in case of M.Des NID applications, what's needed to be filled in REFEREE section as it also includes postal address of referees. Please can you help understand this part of form, if and what is expected from applicants to fill?

Dear, A referee is someone who knows you professionally and is aware of your academic performance and capabilities. Persons from your undergraduate course such as your personal tutor or dissertation supervisor. A referee should be someone you're familiar with who can reflect on your academic and personal qualities well.

Mam there is written that whose caste certificate no. for obc start with 23 they will only fill the form. My central caste certificate no. Start 12 so i cannot fill the form

Dear pls match the instructions once with your certificate. Because No. Starting with 12011 can fill the form. So there shouldn't be any issue.
