Thanks for brief video i understood it and i will fill it properly as well and if someone facing problem for filling form you can check any travel agent office he may charge a very normal cost to fill it properly and we have to show this form alongside the approval letter and 25 us dollar cash or arrival for sticker visa purpose

Yes you do. Any way, it is just formality. They will get you visa base on the validity on your visa approval letter.

Interesting question. At least you know which city you are passing. Any way, you can choose any random ports and you can land in Vietnam through any ports.

hi em, I am holding Canadian passport but still has National ID (chung minh nhan dan) & birth certificate issued by Vietnamese Government? Do I get entry visa exemption on entering Vietnam? thanks

Hello there, if you still has a National ID, you can obtain a Vietnamese passport. And then, use this passport to enter as Vietnam citizens. Otherwise, if you come with a Canada passport, you need a Vietnam visa to enter.
