Thank you for sharing this video about filing your taxes late, and about Form 4868. I may just consider this since I have done Bookkeeping and Accounting for one client in 2020. Again, I thank you so much for the video you shared. I think it was very helpful.

Amanda, I've yet to find a CPA in Colorado. Can you make any referrals as the deadline for filing is near end date to do so? And also, THANKS for great work you put out here for the people/s. :-)

Hi there ! I am very much in anxiety about my LLC taxed. MULTI MEMBER LLC ( me and my dad ) registered with Wyoming on 10th November ,2020 and got the EIN on 24th of January ,2021.Company Bank account was opened on 10th of November but the initial deposit of partner was made on 3rd January 2021. A 20 USD deposit was made in the account by PayPal for verification on 20th December 2020. Should I be filing 1065 and k-1? I haven't filed one , am I going to penalised for this ? Also can you please explain , can a member of the LLC derive salary or just dividends out of profits made quarterly?

Yes! search our videos and you'll see it - all small businesses are generally cash method. It's based on how you've kept your accounting records.

@@businessfinancecoach Have done as suggested and still haven't found anything on the accrual method. Yes, i know small business "generally" do the cash method, however I have an outstanding bad debt, a loss carry over, and been advised to file the accrual method, as this is a way to get a "refundable tax credit" and not able to do so using the cash method. I do know that first a form 3115 needs to be filed to change the method of filing. Have you any info. on the "accrual" method/process and benefit? Thanks. :-)
