Apocalypse also have some energy attacks from specials and his concussion gives a chance not to take damage from meduim hits while rock charges active and korg fails to trigger some of his charges when they come back

Finally someone included Quake. I always quake him easily in war although sometimes I have to fight twice for larger health pools and suffer 50% health

Iron man infinity is also a good counter to korg,since his first medium an energy attack and then u can just use light attacks

To be honest, I would like to see Claire's interaction against Abyss Mephisto and Korg.

Without a doubt my favorite counter for korg is Storm X. If he's on mix master in war, I'm getting that assignment all day long. He can't purify her stun, so no worry about getting caught with a sneaky attack when you think you stunned him. Once he's stunned just do llmlm combos until she has an sp1. Hit him with the sp1 and the coldsnap keeps him from evading. Cycle her sp1 as much as you want. Want to do big boy damage? Make sure his rock stacks are gone and hit him with the sp2 or sp3 after charging that dormant prowess to 100 by holding heavy. The only thing that can cause a hang up is not being able to evade the sp1 of korg. IMO the trick it to start the dex earlier than it seems like he's shooting. I do like some of the other counters in the video, but Storm X is way stronger of an option than a lot of people give her credit.

He’s super annoying in wars cause he’s always on the mix master node. Luckily I have Claire voyant which helps a lot. I should bring my falcon to rank 5 to use as well for war.

Ngl its pretty easy to fight him now since there are so many counters to him now. As long as you know how to dodge the sp1 which is not to bad.

He almost forgot if you don't destroy those rocks facts on a special mostly a special three like most champions or abilities like Iceman's ice armor black wheels clairvoyants death touch things protection immortal hulk mephisto or Luke Cage indestructible buff he'll take barely any damage from a special three regardless how strong it is.

So energy attacks, apoc for anti-evade, white mags prefight, or leave the fight for someone else if it’s war just to list a few You can still do most options with mix master, it just requires some more planning

Start using storm x for this fight. Parry him, llmlm and repeat until her sp1. Throw sp1 and he now has a coldsnap so he can't evade anymore. Then it's just a regular fight when you cycle sp1 and learn to dex the sp1

Korg honestly needs to be rebalanced/nerfed, champs like him really make me hate playing the game, ruins the experience when im almost done a path, smoked it no problem then one korg wipes my entire team. Even his “counters” are few and far between and not even that good anyway. Just sucks.
