When I press the seek button, it starts over after I get to station 98. It goes back to 72 and doesn't scan pass station 98. So I wanted to know if I'd need an fm band expander.

Please try this: Go to the video above at 2:52. In the Function Menu, change the Seek Setting to "MAN". I think this will fix the issue.
Why does my stations only go up to 98? In my country we have stations up to 105.
