Mine did the same. It fully died. I got home put it on the charger and then it gave the hot warning label ⚠️ and then I took it off for a whole day. Put it on charge and it never got past 1% now its not getting past 0%. I can't turn it on but when i go through reboot it goes to my home screen and it shows 100%... but as soon as the screen turns off that's it. Im lost and don't have the extra money to buy a new one 😒

The manufacturers are not answering or gave us solution still now. Shame on them. I dont need to buy again and told to my friends not to buy such kinds of smart watchs.

@@PastorFekadeTesema I really only used it for work since I have a camera pointed at me all day. Either to answer calls or check an incoming text and see if I got my steps in. Other than that, I haven't used it for anything else. It's been a month now and it still won't charge. I feel so naked without it though. I guess I'll just go buy a cheap smart watch with the basic functions.

My watch doesn't have that option:(
