After the robot icon appears thats reads no command beneath, hold the power button for a sec then TAP/PRESS(*DONT HOLD ON) The volume up button...Then you should get trough to the wipe data page

When you get stuck on the "No command, dead robot" screen, do this. First, press the power button alone, then press volume up for one second while the power button is still pressed, the you should see the next step and be able to do reboot system now.... This is what I did, and worked.

This happened on my phone because i didn't skip everything before so yes i did factory reset my pixel 7a cellphone and this time i skipped everything so there shouldn't be anymore emergency password getting in the way of my unlock screen as well:).
