View page thumbnails:
From the icons running down the right edge of Acrobat, click on the icon with two overlapping pages.
Resize thumbnails:
Drag the slider at the top of Acrobat left or right.
Extract single page as PDF:
Drag the thumbnail for that page to the desktop.
Select continuous pages:
Click on a thumbnail, hold down the Shift key and click on another thumbnail.
Select non-continuous pages:
Hold down Command/Control and click on individual thumbnails.
Deselect pages:
Click in a blank area around the thumbnails.
Extract multiple pages:
Select multiple thumbnails, then drag one of the selected thumbnails to the desktop.
