This is should you not want to fly out or do a border run, because those are other options that some including myself prefer. However if for whatever reason you need to stay in Thailand this is what must be done. For instances my wife had just arrived a week prior so I wasn’t about to leave the country I much rather spend my time with her.
The cost is 1,900 Baht to extend- $52 bucks.
