Would it be possible to use an ethically rounded study such as HM: Milner or does it have to be a study that produced a risk in a subject?

Yes, it's OK to write about studies that followed ethical guidelines. You can write about the risk of harm to the subject and how the resarchers avoided that risk by following ethical guidelines (like keeping HM's identity anonymous when publishing results).

​ Maria Pham Nearly every study can be used to explain ethical considerations. My students will be using Saxton and Cornwell (which are in both my textbooks). Thanks, Mr Dixon.

Will this be applicable for paper 3, question 2 as well? (mainly the format you talked about) since this video was focussed on paper 1 and 2

No, Paper 3 is a little different. For Qu2 in Paper 3 you need to state the consideration and then how you explain it depends on the specific question (how it was applied; could have been applied, relevant to reporting or relevant to applying findings).
