PLEASE make a video on how to treat keratosis pilaris (chicken skin). I’ve had it my entire life and nothing really seems to work. I followed advice from other KZread videos that suggested me to exfoliate and use lotion specifically for kp but it still doesn’t even budge. I have kp on my cheeks, arms, outer thighs and calves. I always feel self conscious whenever I wear short sleeves and shorts because of these bumps. I hope you guys can help me, thanks!

Hi Kasper, currently I am using an AHA toner (Mario Badescu Glycolic Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion) 2x a day. A year ago I used to use it with a cream cleanser and an aloe vera based moisturizer and my skin was never so clear! But now it's not doing the same :( I have suffered from cystic acne and went on Acuttanne 3 years ago and i think it's coming back + pigmentation spots. I was thinking of switching to the cosrx blackhead power liquid but can I use it as a toner and would you recommend it? I'm also 👀 the MB Witch Hazel & Rosewater Toner or the Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA toner. Which one do you think is best?

Hi loves!💗 In my opinion, it’s best to use a mild toner! If you constantly exfoliate sensitive skin with an AHA, BHA or PHA toner the skin can actually get more sensitive. It should be fine to simply make sure you’re properly moisturizing your skin to prevent dead skin! As we shared in our video, all skincare products contain small amounts of exfoliants, which exfoliates the skin to an extent! If there’s no need to exfoliate and you do, this can make your skin sensitive :( That’s why we recommend moisturizing your skin thoroughly! 💖

If you used the AHA toner, we recommend you use the vitamin C serum the next day! Using them one after the other can make the skin sensitive! That’s why I think that after you use the AHA toner, you should use a moisturizing cream. Also, propolis is great to apply the day after using the vitamin C serum! If your skin is sensitive, apply a propolis serum 4 minutes after the vitamin C serum to increase antioxidant effects! Propolis is good for acne because it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effects!💖
