I’m having a sensitivity problems I wanna play high sens but I always feel like I miss so many shots and I become inconsistent And I also struggle with my movement in gunfights

You should pick a sens that you can control but it really depends on the mouse you have and how you control and hold your mouse, try to practice wrist aiming for micro adjustments when shooting enemy and clearing corner and arm aiming for looking around. If you watch forsaken hand cam he uses only his wrist to aim even though he has high sens.
