Im clearing them (or more like being made to clear by the surging energy ). How to feel into the stuck emotions. Unworthiness at the back of the heart, so deep, every day a few hours, been at for years but so much karma to feel and burn! Anger in the stomach thats linked to this unworthiness Bitterness in the sacral and how thats connect to the stomach and heart, The whole thing is a mesh (more like mess), but damn is it not worth it. i would suggst going on a 10 day goenka retreat if youre truly interested in clearing blockages and karma. You won't be able to clear sankaras with 20 min a day as this guy suggests.

you cannot enter samadhi in 10 min "using an energy connection". Please do the research on what samadhi IS and ISNT. This is very misleading to people, because true samadhi arises as a result of the self, never another person.

@@kayegill4977 i would look into it, where the word samadhi comes from in both hindu ans buddhist traditions. Absorption or samadhi happens not in 10 min and it doesnt happen at will.

Wow! I own a restaurant and some ppl come in, order (for example) fries and say "4$ for a small fry!! I can buy a whole bag of potatoes for ×$!" I always say, okay $1, and pass them a potato and tell them to go cook it themselves. In this case, here's a book reference, go learn this stuff by yourself instead of bringing your hate to a space that doesn't want it or need it. If you don't like it, leave! It's not ment for you then! This guy has some of the most reasonable pricing, especially for his level of ability! And 26 years of dedication and knowledge. If u ever did a one on one with him, you'd never look at anything the same again, but if you haven't, u dont have the right to comment. Do you understand how much overhead costs go into mastering something like this? Its just the craziest comment ive ever heard.
