Engraving white is in fact speed ,Engraving black color is fast forward😜

Hello friend maxmarking laser source is not same to JPT laser source you can adjust as the parameters i set and Mark black you can try to move up or move down focus distance 5mm

White color frequency set 200 Speed 2000 Power30 Black color Mark hatch 0.05 Power 50 frequency 100 Mark 4times if can't did black you can move up focus distance 2mm to try

I followed the steps and my machine takes approximately 30 minutes to engrave two words. Any recommendations to make it faster? I have a Laser JPT Mopa 60w. Thanks!

@@butterflyj685 The parameters can be seen in the video if your video quality setting is set to high. Anyway, for white: cross hatch ON, speed 1500mm/s, power 20%, frequency 45KHz, pulse width 200. for black: cross hatch OFF, speed 900mm/s, power 20%, frequency 350KHz, pulse width 30.

White engrave :power30 speed 3000 Black Mark hatch distance 0.01 and you need change frequency and pulse width to test

I can’t use 0.001, it tells me ezcad2 computer low memory error 50w JPT fiber laser 174 lens

30w Raycus frequency is 60khz, jpt 60w is 4000khz. Why the kHz are so important? different engraving materials, we need to use different setups of kHz. That only translates that when we have more kHz, we can set up more different parameters to mark over more materials. That's the main reason JPT-X it can engrave more non-metal materials than other Fiber power sources.

that is no problem,when you cutting silver you need use a smoke purifier to collect smoke if not the smoke will block light
