When Enabled, user restrictions will be activated on Printing, Copying and scanning, once activated only registered users can access the device using their user code in order to operate the device,
Steps
1. login to the Web Portal of the Machine as Admin (Using IP Address)
2. Click "Account Control" Left menu under Device Management
3. In User Authentication Drop Down menu Select "Enable" and click Submit
4. Then again in "Account Control" Click :Add (N)"
5. Create a User Code and enter the user name below
6. Edit the function limit as desired
7. Submit
