I don't think any of those BIOS items require a double-click. On mine, they are all single click. If I use double click as you describe, I end up turning something on then off again and I end up where I started with no changes made.

I was think about lenovo has remove features for usb booting for lenovo series T14 gen3 but after watching this i will try on the T14 gen 3 hopes gen 2 and 3 same for this method

You need to desolder the bios chip and flash new firmware to it using a svod programmer or you can change your motherboard which will cost you a lot.
