Best video on cyberpanel furewall settings.. I got a hope after watching this video... From past three days I have to reinstall OS on my VPS multiple time, as I am not able to login either through cyberpanel or putty (putty appears blank, and no option for putting user name and password)... May be this was due to wrong attempt of password... But, can you tell me how to get access back to cyberpanel if I myself get blocked by cyberpanel and putty???

Earlier there was an option to reset the firewall ip block from hostinger panel. Else you will have to do it from ssh.

How to restart the server after all this security setting and updates? I am using Digitalocean.

Security settings doesn't change restart behaviour. You could do it from control panel or cli.

Telnet? Do U mean ssh access? U need to have static IP for that and it's easy to lock yourself if you don't do it properly, thats why I have not included but can do it using firewall Best way is if your hosting includes external firewall

Hello, I issued SSL for mailserver and hostname but SSL is not being issued for both mailserver and host name, any command lines to issue through root?

Make sure your domain is pointing to your server ip else ssl certificate will be not issued.

@@smarthelpguides Thanks for replying I was able to issue SSL for both domain name and mail server but suddenly loosing SSL for mail server and rain loop says can't connect to server, actually I am using cloudflare, is that causing any issue?

Yes cloudflare hides your which can issue. In cloudflare change the mail subdomain to dns only mode that should fix your rain loop issue. For main non mail domain no changes in cloudflare required

Hello bro, I am trying to enable the social login feature with my WordPress website and unable to verify google social login when we try to verify it is redirecting us to 403, I chatted with the nextend plugin support team and they are saying this could be due to firewall and we need to remove directories from firewall, if you have any idea about this issue, please help me brother

You can only remove specific rules afaik. Check logs which rule is getting triggered.

you can harden vps security further to be safe. This firewall will also stop a lot of attacks.

@@smarthelpguides I finally decide to use cyberpanel since most other panels don't have support for openlitespeed. Currently i am using command line and cyberpanel to get thing running. I would like to use only command line but for some task it's a little painful to do.

I am going to start using plesk for security reasons. For now I also use the litespeed caching plugin and moving to non litespeed will require more time for me . Command line only management becomes a pain honestly. It's much more efficient to get a better server with a nice gui panel. This is my personal preference from my experience. For my site I use additional security rules to reduce any security issue possibilities. You can check how all admin areas on my siteand server is restricted.

pcntl_async_signals() has been disabled for security reasons... Please help in this

you have to run firewall in debug mode and see which rule is getting triggered than disable that.

Borther after changing profile security and enabling ipv6 under profile config, my emails are not being delivered to customers inbox, they are being delivered to spam folder, any suggestions to take care of this? I changed settings back to original but still the same issue, previously I had no issues with emails

@@smarthelpguides actually configserver security on cyberpanel blocking the SMTP services, how to exclude php mail from CSF to take care of SMTP issuses, when I disabled CSF on server it enabled SMTP services but I need your help in getting this taken care of

okay I think I found solution for you. If you are trying to use smtp using external script/app etc. Got to CSF page then click on option 'Fix Common Problems' - Then click on 'Disable SMTP_Block' option. That should fix your issue.

Yeah that's because cyber panel uses self signed certificate.
