I have an issue, my domain is with another registrar, I have your nameservers as the first two, added the cloudflare names servers as the second two but its not working, how do I do it?

Hi namecheap :) I'm totally beginner, and I have a question!! Now I have a host and domain name! And I want to add ssl from cloudflare ! So!! Should connect the hosting with domain first and then add ssl from cloudflare by changing the DNS servers? Or add the ssl cloudflare on the domain name & then connect it with the host?!!!! Please don't ignore my question, thanks!!

Hi there! The best option would be to connect the domain name to hosting first and then add your domain to Cloudflare as shown in the video. You'll be then provided with your Cloudflare DNS and once it's updated, you can add their SSL certificate as well (it can be then checked in the SSL/TLS section)😉

Hi namecheap. I'm beginner to all of this so I hope you can help me. I have a domain name from u but I don't have a host. Can I still run my website with just using namecheap web hosting DNS?

To create and make a website online, you still need a hosting plan because all the website files will be stored there. When i switched to cloudflare ssl, i can't receive massages on website from customers!? Why?

does changing the nameservers affect my website hosting

Hello, the domain is connected to its website via nameservers so changing them disconnects it from the service automatically. The video explains how to still keep using our hosting when switching the domain to CloudFlare nameservers. Once the domain is successfully switched to the new nameservers and reconnected with the hosting, the site will work the same as it did before.
