I did same thing by pressing F8 and going to safe mode. Starting cmd run as administrator and Entering control userpasswords2 command. Anyway hats off to you. You saved the Day.

iss option mein kabhi kabhi time bhi lag jata hai karke dekho ho jayega

I have 3 accounts on PC, 1 is inbuilt administrator, 2 is Local administrator made by me and 3 is standard user.. i somehow disabled my both administrators and my both administrators had passwords.. now i am not able to perform any task of administrator through my standard account.. i tried everything to enable my administrator or by adding new account but only thing i get is a message without yes option asking for administrator password.. please help me soon..
