I realized following: social media got us adapting ones opinion faster than ever, we see someone telling, this character trait is the one to grow and we think that's right, we immediately adapt their opinion. It gets confusing, because everybody has completely different opinions and you're overwhelmed which one to follow. In my video im specifically talking about the advice "give the same energy as you get", a really trending advice people seem to listen to. Reflecting people, all the time, not showing your true self to protect yourself etc. is nothing but disconnecting yourself from your inner self. Instead of following these trends on character development and growth, redefine growth for yourself, listen to what is important to you, what aligns with your values and start embracing these. Self-Improvement is not found online, its within you. Unlock it and grow.
