On this tutorial I will be demonstrating step - by - step how to embroider on a onesie. I will be showing how to hoop the onesie using the floating technique. In this tutorial I will be using The Brorther SE1900 single needle flatbed embroidery machine, tear away stabilizer, Poly-mesh fusible stabilizer, a 5 x 7 hoop, temporary adhesive spray and a baby onesie.

    Thank you for showing us how to hoop and embroider a onesie on a single needle machine. I love what you did with the rubber thread holders. Now I have another use for them. I can imagine that you could also do that with the rubber bobbin holders for areas where you have less to hold away.

    I had the idea when I was embroidering a beanie on the SE1900 and needed to hoop it and the painters tape wouldn't stay in the knit fabric, I saw one on the table and decided to try it and I've been using it since then 🤣

    I also like using tear away....ALthough in many videos it says not to use tear away if you are embroidering on clothes.....Has anyone else heard about that? Does anyone else use tear away besides me and the crafty Puerto Rican??? Nice job!!!

    I use cut away for all my garments, but in this case I decided to use tear away because of the thin fabric. Thanks for watching 😊

    Cloud Cover is a brand. It covers the back of the stitch out and it makes it soft for babies and kids, same thing as the tender touch brand.
