Still chocks me that he's meta. Aside from 2 characters, the ones I choose to pull for / build are ALWAYS the "characters you shouldn't pull". xD Thanks for the video! I dont think going full tank is the best outcome for him since his traces give 48% crit rate and LC 40% crit dmg is going to waste. sure if people just lazy and don't want trouble making a good build for him also the planetary Belobog of the Architects doesn't work on him since only take advantage of having 15% defense which he doesn't need. the best set for aventurine would be running 4 pc Pioneer Dive set since his ult/LC apply debuff and the ormente set that give him 8% crit rate increase ult and follow up dmg.

Yeah, sure, but in the end he's preservation. Almost nobody is pulling for damage. We compare him to Fu Xuan not DHIL or Jingliu. I think the best option is to stack the DEF sets and then get as much crit substats as possible.

The shield he gets from his talent proc isn't as strong. To guarantee 100% shield uptime its best to always use his skill when feasible. Plus using his skill gives more energy. Using a basic attack here and there for skillpoint management shouldn't be an issue though.

@@mooseoncaffeine his energy is like 2 basic and 1 skill so about 3 basic with around 4 hit or 3 and a followup So its like 3 skill points with no skill used or if enemy hits too hard then its 1 skill point Its too much of a diffrence Having him getting hit is not that hard with geopard lc or the 4 stars lc for even faster follow up to gen shield
