These are the steps for editing a PDF file on a mobile device ( Android & iPhone ):
1. Open Microsoft 365 (Office): Launch Office 365 on your Mobile Device.
2. Convert PDF to Word: On the Bottom Right Corner, Click on Apps. Click on PDF to Word. Locate the PDF File that you want to edit.
3. Conversion: It will convert your pdf file into editable word document.
4. Edit the Document: Make any necessary changes to the text, images, or formatting of the PDF document. You can add or delete text, adjust font sizes or colors, or rearrange images. Review the final version of the edited PDF to make sure all changes have been made correctly.
5. Save the document: When you're done editing, save the document by clicking on three dots on Top right corner. Choose file name and select location to save this new word document.
6. Convert Back to PDF: ON main Screen, Click on Apps, then Word to PDF and choose the new Word file you have just created in the previous step. Click on more, and click on save as, select the location where you want to save the new edited pdf file. Make sure to give the PDF document a new name, so you don't overwrite the original file.
