please a way to change thedate modified without using a third part software. some trick in windows or using cmd there mus tbe a way without needing to download an external software

Do you mean to modify the creation date or change the modification date, but through Android? In fact, I did not do that and I did not think about modifying any file on Android. I found the issue. When you go to download, click "SKTimeStamp64-1.3.7.msi" instead of "Download Latest Version". For some reason, the one in the green button just gives you the launcher for it and not the installer.
