thank you Rodrigo! Reframing from the app your export resolution will be based on what you captured in (e.g 5.6K spherical = 1080 export) & to insert music you can hit the "movie maker" icon in Quik to add music

when you say "trim" a key frame I assume you want to make it 'faster"? well you can insert the particular keyframe closer to the previous.

well, you could delete them straight from the GoPro or use the Quik App! If it's a long footage that you wanna 'cut'. you can trim the portion to the segments you want to keep & export it.

Hey Ron I love your edit for gopro max and it was superb seeing it. It is also helping me to edit my 360 footage. But recently my max lens is damaged so is there any possibility to change it. I will be thankful to you.

Cool helpful video. Don't suppose you know how to do a zoom shot when camera is on a car/bike. Hard to explain. But when the car accelerates it zooms out giving the affect it's pulled away fast. Soon as it changes gear it quickly zooms back to normal. Just 2 key frames zooming out then back in I'd guess? But I still can't nail it.

Are you referring to a “dolly zoom” effect? I’d recommend to use 4 key frames instead. The first one will be your desired tight shot of the car. Second key frame will be the zoom Third key frame will be the same zoom And the final key frame will be back to normal. The important thing is for the first and second key frame, & third and fourth key frame to be tight. Hope the explanation helps 😅

You can GoPro to GoPro.com and download those plugins & you can use them on softwares like Adobe

Hey, the reframe feature is only available for 360 GoPro content. Hence it will only be support on the GoPro MAX and not the HERO10.

well, you could find a vantage point & start recording! would recommend to do a couple of test shot before you commit to your shoot!

I believe you wont be able to particularly trim the "middle segment" of a clip. My workflow is typically to reframe the entire clip, & then "trim" the clip after it's exported. That way, the keyframes between each points will be 'smooth'

Hi Ron! I can't edit my videos with 5K 60 fps resolution, do you know why? Only with 3k resolution Quik works. I have a Moto Edge with Snapdragon 765g processor.. hope you can help me! thanks.

Hey my friend, there's a possibility the phone does not have the performance to edit such high resolution. either way, i'd reach out to GoPro customer support. they'll be the best to advise you on this

My 360 video is shot in 3072x1536 but when I’m done editing, it says the video is in 1080p. Why is that?

that's because it captures 'spherical video' & the resolution is referring to the 3360 spherical resolution. Hence when you export it a "2D frame" it's output is 1080

@@ersongurson4640 well there are 2 mobile apps that i use to edit my GoPro videos. 1. GoPro App - quick easy edits! - esp for Instagram Stories. I also use the App for color grading my videos. 2. Video by Light Tricks - amazing app with a tons of functions!!

hey jane, I’d say having good data connection will be essential. Also I believe you can toggle your phone’s Facebook app settings to enable “HD” upload. my preferred workflow will be downing the clip to my mobile 1st - before uploading to any social media platform

Yup- it'll export your clips based on the resolution that you've captured it in. *HOWEVER - it's good to know that for 360 Clips, you will only be able to export it in 1080.
