Ethiopians have one of the best cuisines in the world! I remember seeing all of those little piles of mash and thinking it all reminded me of mashed potatoes lol, but each pile is AMAZINGLY flavored there is no comparison! Ethiopian and Vietnamese are my favorites worldwide, that’s why I’m trying to learn how to make injera watching all these videos, I already learned a lot of Vietnamese dishes 😅❤
