This video is super misleading man. Takes 5 minutes to say "return them to Sony" -- which doesn't solve the draining problem. That's just getting a replacement. At 6 minutes you recommend to avoid updating preventing ≠ solving The title does not reflect to content of this video at all

Same here, Sony told me on the chat I should send mine to the US to get a replacement which is impossible as I live in Egypt so I lost my 200$ earbuds that was marketed as 8hrs lasting battery and ending in 2 hrs😡😡

can you use the single left earphone?

Mostly can but when I only use left earbuds change from phone a to phone b sometime it cannot connect need to use both earbuds just to connect.The only issues I face right now is only sometime cannot connect from phone a to phone b which is not a huge breaker for me.Thank you for watching 😊.

Hai everyone sorry for my bad speak.Conclusion is when you encounter the issue like fast draining problem you should go to your own local sony for replacement don’t worry it is free even out of warranty you can still get the replacement.Thank you everyone watching until this point.I will accept everyone feedback good or bad I accept and I will improve my english Thank you everyone.

Not in Argentina. Currently, it is being reviewed at an official Sony service center. They will fix it for me in a few days. The policy of receiving a new replacement when out of warranty does not apply in Argentina

A DISASTER!! After 2 months and going THREE times to have my headset repaired, they ended up giving me a new one and IT STILL HAS THE SAME BATTERY DRAIN ISSUE. DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET!! (Im from Argentina)

@@lexalex6406 I believe the battery issue is only with these WF-XM4. I have the WH-XM4 and the WF-SP800N, and no problems at all.

Sorry for the misexplanation😅,I still practice my speak of English.In the video I say about my left earbuds suddenly drop from 100% to 30% in just one hour which is surprising for me because earlier before my earbuds don’t have this problem and second issue is suddenly my case become hotter when charging the earbuds which make case blink red repeatedly.Thank you for watching and feedback.😁
