Thank you Again Wilson for these great videos. I am currently writing up our business plan. We have a new product that has never exploded in this market and only 4 places sell it in the whole world. But no one sells this frozen product in the West side of the United States in there brand location. We hope too explode within our first month. We have shared this product with our family and friends and they have gone crazy wanting more and more! It's something whenever I tell someone they are like "what? No way?" We hope to open in March/April. I will keep you updated. I know that within 3 years we will be a 20+ chain business. It's a amazingly crazy product! Thanks again for these videos they have been helping a lot like you can't imagine!

You keep mentioning in This Video that you have provided a template for an ice cream shop business plan template in the description but it is NOT there. Can you please provide a copy of it?

What is 3rd party commission? You say we need to account for it in financials but I don't recall any explanation of what you mean.
