Price update: The MSRP for NA is $250. While the price is more towards the pricier side, this gaming keyboard offers the closest experience of what it feels like using a custom keyboard. I know having your own custom keyboard can be fun and more personalized (can cost more or less), but I'm sure some people don't want to do those extra works and just want to have a nice quality and ready-to-use keyboard out of the box. Well, I think this keyboard will fit those people. Considering 2 years ago I bought the Apex Pro for $200, the ROG Azoth for $250 feels less expensive considering the huge quality upgrade it offers. i didnt buy that keyboard a much better and cheaper keyboard is the highground base camp black ice keyboard its thock out of stock aestetic and im really happy of my purchase its much better than the rog azooth

Today I “modded” my keyboard for the very first time. I wrote it like that because I just tried with duct tape and extra foam which came out from the box (talking about tecware phantom 87) and that was a game changer, now my keyboard does the cream sound which I was looking for a very long time. Thank you very much for letting me discover those things and, who knows, maybe in the future I will try building from zero my own keyboard

Instead of using duct tape or electrical tape, use painter's tape as it is less sticky. Sticky tapes such as duct tape and box tape tend to ruin your PCB by pulling out conduits from your keyboard when removed. Additionally, super adhesive tapes leave sticky residues that may also ruin your board.

I haven't been using holee mod anymore since I used xht bdz for the wires. Holee mod even tho it's good, it's just a lot of work to apply it

Interesting that you've changed your Ins and Del key to Del and Home. I've remapped them to Home and End. Where is the best place to get replacement caps (Home, End) that look stock?

Overall good video and thanks for the help. I think it should've been mentioned that this keyboard specifically comes with switch opener, lube, keycap puller.

Could someone give me a tip for better sounding switch and keycap combo compatible with azoth? Ideally without sacrificing Aura Sync RGB. I probably dont mind if the keycap legend wont be lit up but atleast below and in between keycaps light would be visible.

Looks nice but still no reason to upgrade from my hybrid type-Gaming keyboard (kemove k61 with blue switches on left shift,wasd and spacebar and Akko radiant red used for the other keys. Blue switches only used because it’s better for gaming)

u can use tweezers to open switches its a lot easier than using scissors

I've been looking around and there is no clear answer, if anybody knows pls let me know, Does Armoury works with Mac? I got the keyboard and downloaded armoury but it doesn't register the keyboard for some reason, therefore I'm stuck with basic configuration, can't really use the display and if I can't well, then the KB isn't really worth it.

stock is still amazing anyway! I got used to it and I like it! I got the browns.

I ended up adding 4 layers of painters tape to mine, though it is personal preference, I do like that it sounds a lot more deeper now and less pingy. But be careful of the hex screws they seem to be extremely soft, 1 of the 1.5mm screws has rounded off and i cannot remove it :(

just found ur comment, considering u r willing to spend $200, I'd recommend picking up either the ROG Azoth (used = cheaper), Darkproject kd83a or rog scope 96 ii wireless

no sound difference with the tape mod in your video. Not thats worth any effort. But the tape you used is neither electrical nor duckt tape. Its a painter's tape. Maybe thats why your mod failed to make any difference.
