Had some once and it DOES taste as good as classic pork sisig! Tho my cousin used a lot of pepper in her version so be mindful of your seasonings when you make it lmao

You do not cook mayonnaise as it will become oil when heated since it's one of its main ingredient.
Bakit may calamansi?
It's wild to me that this works so well, considering how meaty the OG is. But fried tofu just magic. 100/10 recommend to Vegans, Vegetarians, everyone.

FYI He is based in Canada so I don't think siling labuyo is available in the Asian store. Ang bright mo naman.
