Hi Maryjoy - Great video, but you did not explain how to set the top, bottom, outside, and gutter margins. Also, how do I use the bottom Header and center the page numbers. Also, how do you use the top Headers to place the Book Title on the odd pages, and the author’s name on the Even Pages? Lastly, I wish to use Roman Numerals for the Copyright, Acknowledgements, TOC, then the Backmatter like “ABOUT THE AUTHOR” and “MORE FROM THE AUTHOR.” I want the actual page numbers of the text to start with CHAPTER I ----> END. I would appreciate an additional video on these fine points, or a separate video. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

thank you so much, Mary, my question is: if you move every chapter to the right, you tend to have many empty pages which will in turn, add the number of pages, will you upload the book just like that, and if you delete those empty pages, the chapters(some) will still go back to the left. How do you go about this?

Hi, I created a book on MS Word 2013 in size 5x8inches. Now, when I am converting it to pdf via microsoft pdf, it converts as a4/letter size and there's no other option to print as 5x8inches. even though on the print page, size shows custom page size 5x8inches. still won't print in desired size. please help, I can't wait to publish my first book :)
