@@stewartclark6366 I had fought him over 4 years ago. What champs did you use? I didn't have much selection at the time, Rogue was on my team and classic DD was my MVP lol Grandmaster was easier for me

Aegon can consistently bait a heavy and retaliate with his heavy for the 'knockdown' mission

You’ll get there man. I got very lucky and pulled a sparky like 2 and 1/2 years ago so I used my 5 star sparky and all other 4 stars and beat him with just 1 team revive.

You'll get there. Keep maxing out your god and above god tier champs & bring that roster to the fight. (Boosted if need be of course)

If there's any other tips or tricks I missed out in the video let me know in the comment section! Also feel free to add any Champion's you've seen be the MVP for yourself or other players. I'm seeing a lot of people have great success with Aegon, Stealth Spidey, Hyperion, Ghost (No phasing) & Cap Infinity War! Hopefully this helps =)

THANK YOU SEATIN, I kept pausing this video during the different phases and you helped me complete without using any units just the free compensation they gave us and the lvl 1s I had farmed. Couldnt get him wounded in the 3rd phase at all but Aegon still put in the work to chip him down. MAN OF LEGENDS indeed!!!!!!!!!!!

Me watching this with no plans on ever fighting grandmaster.

Keep at it! This was me a few months ago in August. I wasn't even Uncollected, struggling to play well, and thought I'd never even beat Act 5, let alone Act 6. But I kept playing, and eventually I got much better at fighting, and had some great pulls out of crystals. Now I'm proud to say I've not only beaten Act 5, but also fully explored it, plus I've beaten 6.1 and 6.2, hoping to finish the rest of Act 6 soon.

@@davidr6832 I haven't explored Acts 2, 3, or 4. Maybe I'll do it eventually but the rewards didn't feel like they were worth the time, effort, and energy to me. I fully explored Act 5 for the 5* Generic AF and the 2 5* crystals in 5.4 exploration. My recommendation to you would be to push forward and just go for completion of as much content as you can, and when it gets too difficult for you, go back and start exploring.

@@baxterbotox7661 Right now I’m on 6,2.2, struggling on the master sinister boss, so I’m exploring act 5. How long did it take you to explore act 5 chapter 4 tho? I’m currently exploring 5.3.4. and I’m probably gonna start exploring 5.4 next week. Also you definitely want to explore act 4 brother, that’s 4 mastery points you’re missing out on

@@davidr6832 5.4 isn't too bad, I spent energy refills but I did the whole thing in a few days. As for Act 4, my masteries are currently garbage but I'd rather spend my units to clear content for now, at least until I finish Act 6. So because I don't have good masteries unlocked anyway, more points aren't really going to help me. I'll unlock better masteries and explore Act 4 for the extra points after I complete Act 6 and save some units.

Seatin, my man, this is a perfect explanation, also showing the fight with unusual characters like Cyclops or the champion. Love it, gotta test it

Seatin, I just had an idea! What happens if you bring an awakened Thor Jane Foster in? She has a damage over time ability to deal with that prompt, and if the GM is stunned...does she get her auto crits with damage multiplier?

This fight allows little training room for any player approaching Grand Master for the first time. I currently am at the Grand Master and I apparently anger him the most because he is immediately at special 3😢

I grinded out 1.3k units and tons of potions, I’m on 6.4.3 and waiting for my champs to be released from war, can’t wait for this fight

Watching the video it took me a while to figure out what you meant by the challenges. I didn’t realize he was calling them out. I was looking at the buff bar below his health and was so confused how you knew what to do

Ladies and gentlemen I am now throne breaker I had this playing while I fought GM it helped tremendously thank you very much I know this is 3 years old but it was a great guide took me about an hour Last time I fought him took 3 hrs and 40 revives only to have to back out that f ing sucked had him down to 2.7mil but found this guide and now tb so thanks again

Also with the high crit chance, high crit numbers, and armor breaks Spider-Man (Classic) is a really great time!!! Underrated champion in my opinion!!

I beat grandmaster yesterday using ægon. So glad this fight is behind me

Ran through all of 6.4 today, grandmaster somoked me 1st try. After watching this, gonna try again. Got a couple more days to get TB and my 7* Morbius

It depends

I’m testing Morningstar through the cosmic path and she works perfectly. And mine is a 5* r3

Please try it with proxima, IK about the damage cap but you could do a 25% sp2, meaning that no matter what, your good

I’m at the fight now but he doesn’t use his specials at the third phase he wait till sp 3 then the fight is over ... that’s what I’m experiencing now it’s frustrating

I still can't do it...I have great champs...Doom and Emma Frost Synergy with a 6* Kitty Pryde L3 duped...I just am so frustrated by this...I struggle to complete the tasks while also baiting his SP1....that is the key to second round. He is at 48% and I am afraid to leave, because I have invested so many units already, but I don't know how many more it could take...it's scaring me.

This was actually more helpful than MCOCNOOB. I have to say my Lady Deathstrike soloed the GM with only 3 revives. After I saved up 1500 units and 10 revives. Lol😂 If you stuff up she just eats his SP2 with very little damage.

Got him down today thanks to this, at phase 3 I said fuck it I'm not great it with reverse controls and I had around 8 revives and went in with corvus and did 250k on each run and knocked him out

btw holding block counts as standing still

Step one to defeat grandmaster go to the unit store and buy 10000 dollars worth of units step two when you spend all that give the game a nother 10000.

I think you need to be further away when you go to dex initially. I could be wrong though. I’d recommend being ready to dec a few time immediately after you see dec get banned. Then again with iron man’s beam I just dex one long time…idk if it’s the amount I swipe (long swipe) or what but I know what you mean. I’m about to take another run at him now.

Seems like Mr. Sinister would be immune to reverse controls. I have a duped r2 six star Mr.Sinister.

Literally anyone can do this, but inversed controls immunity helps so much , that even ihulk/overseer can do this with ease but slowly. 7* rocket chipped down grandmaster from 100% to 33% goddamn in 4 mins

My main problem with this walkthrough is the utter lack of tactic regarding fighting the Grandmaster himself. It’s just a bunch of mechanics you have to remember in order to make it through though never once you describe his AI or the means to defeat him. His aggression is off the charts and even with six star rank 3 champs I’m often dead before I am trying to remember what the three icons after his SP1 demands if I am even lucky to dex him successfully. All this garbage about how much fun the fight is and how if you fail to dex his SP1 it’s no damage though I see 15% of my health fade away every time I mis dex and the 3 blunders add up quick. Please explain how to approach his AI. I am commanded to intercept but from the distance I am from the Grandmaster whenever he seems to rush forward and I throw a medium, he stops and then proceeds to intercept me. I am not a bad player but haven’t seemed to develop the right skills to do this fight which is frustrating because I do well in battlegrounds and war. Anyone can talk about the mechanics but I need tactics.

And on this day let it be known I became thronebreaker 😁
