Thank you and yes I agree, the dagger stroke or rat tail as it is also known is one of the most important strokes to master 🤘🏻🤘🏻

@@AirbrushAsylum still having fits with cretex white though lol that’s the only color by cretex that gives me fits! I reduce it 1-1 and it tip drys in 10 sec and if I use your 70-30 It spiders ugh ! But I found a cretex color that’s amazing ! It’s called phalo green ! My goodness it’s very bright opaque and a little will go a looong way! Thank you for your response and thank you for all you do to help us noobies through the difficult world of airbrush ! Your our lighthouse of hope in a sea of torrents and clogs and bubbles in our cup! Lol thanks buddy Marc

Hi Carsten, Firstly, thank you so much for all your hard work and for sharing these great teaching videos, I have learnt so much, so thank you... May I ask if you have ever tried modellers masking tape (Tamiya etc) for projects like this, it has a lot less tack than standard masking tape... Once again, I can not thank you enough for all your hard work making these videos, thank you... All the very best... Andy...

I assume you mean the Takumi eclipse vs the CS eclipse …I am loving the Takumi it’s one of my fav brushes at the moment . I do still use my microns but I tend to jump from brush to brush so they’ll be back at the moment I am using my GSI Creos PS.771 more than my micron 👍🏻😉

My question can you paint this good using affordable equipment ie that aldi airbrush kits I've seen them sell in the past..... and it's to bad your not close to me you could paint my car

I have never personally tried the Aldi kits , that said I have used other cheaper airbrushes and they work ok …but they do vary quite a bit and their quality is not consistent meaning some are ok some are rubbish. If you are going to try a cheaper brush then at least use quality paint ie..trident or Createx as otherwise you will have all sorts of issues 👍🏻

Great video, thanks for sharing your expertise! I have painted several of the pictures that you presented with good results. What type of easel would you recommend for airbrushing?

It’s totally up to you re : easel as it really comes down to what you prefer? I use the fold up Aluminium tripod easels, as they are portable and easy to set up and work well for filming . I also have a larger wooden one which I use when painting larger or heavier substrates. Hope that helps and glad you enjoyed the vid 😉👍🏻

this diffent qustion all togther . conceing about paints. i am only a pensiner. i was looking wicked panitbrush model kits caves shirts all of the , ant other paint use air brushing the same thing mode kits ecta , i hopes help brand pants thst use beside wicked pants cratex . hopes help out pls ty
