Join biotech company in , production ,then marketing and sales and, which already have good sales,learn about all aspects of sales and marketing,, After gaining experience, choose a product with less competition, then get the product manufactured by 3rd party(don't start a manjuctiring unit until you have sales pan India)build sales and then you will get idea ,how much money is required,

Kar sakte ho but bsc, msc uske bd phD 15 yrs struggle, u already spend near about 5 to 6 yrs in biology so don't waste more time u should focus in ur phD in biology and it will be better if u qualified NET exam, u will easily get 1 lakh per month in an coaching sector like Allen Akash

You probably can. Biochemistry is a branch in biotechnology. Also the universities you apply to will tell you what requirements you need for msc biotechnology
