I was 16 in the year 1980 and on the whole the fashion and music was the best. People put a lot of effort into how they looked all the time. There was some pretty over the top stuff too. Great vid.

I usually never comment, but I just wanted to say here how much I love the effort you put into this video! As someone who loves to watch styling videos/hauls, and video essays on fashion and fashion trends, I really appreciate how you put in the research into the trends and styled your outfits based on classic actors from the 80s. Just goes to show how genuine this video felt which is so refreshing compared to a lot of videos that just follow the trend of what the current generation perceives older fashion to be. Thanks for the tips! Even being from Georgia I gotta admit the Alabama varsity jacket is pretty rad ;-) I’ve been looking everywhere for some Levi 501 shrink to fit jeans ;-; what jeans do you recommend? I’ve been having trouble finding jeans that fit that would look good (27” waist men’s)

Not bad but not 80s enough. Need something with color. Either stripes or geometric color. A ringer shirt does the trick. You can't play it safe with 80s
