"10/10"??? That's rather how NOT to dress like Tommy Shelby. 1920s trousers (actually trousers from 1600 until 1950 in general) reach above the belly button. Also the waistcoat is by far too long. The whole trousers/vest line should be elevated by about 15 cm. Furthermore the shoulder width of the jacket is rather suited for the 1930s. Altogether, this looks like an average post-2000s suit following the typical, ugly, modern (!) tailoring pattern you can buy at any mall today.
