Hi Logan, It's pretty fun. Just experiment in a section to see how it goes, think less is best.

Thanks for watching.
This is lovely. What brand or type brushes do you prefer to use for blending?

I've always been a big brand guy in terms of brushes for my past oil paintings. However for my drawings, I have no specific brand that I prefer. It's more about having a variety of stiff and pliable brushes for different parts of the drawing.
I'm using regular japanese pencils on watercolor paper and don't think I can brush the tones like that. The colored pencil you use produce a dry layer once blurred out at the opposite of the carbon from pencils who oils the page making the layered approach limited to less layers.
Bristle: the ‘t’ is silent. It’s not pronounced like bristol, as in bristol board.
