How to Draw My Melody | Hello Kitty Crafts

Ойын-сауық

Hello Friends! We’re back with another supercute how-to-draw video featuring My Melody! My Melody can often be seen baking or spending time with her best friend, a mouse named Flat. She loves wearing her adorable, signature pink hood that her grandmother made just for her! We can’t wait to show you how to draw one of our good friends, My Melody!
Let’s get started!
Materials needed:
Piece of Paper
Dark Gray, Pink, and Yellow Marker
How to Draw My Melody Calendar Step-by-step instructions:
(0:46) Step 1: Using the dark gray marker, draw her two little hands. Start with two open circles.
(0:55) Step 2: Now let’s draw the fabric at the bottom of her hood. Draw two wavy rectangles.
(1:08) Step 3: Next, draw the bottom of her arms and draw a wide, flat oval for her adorable face!
(01:18) Step 4: Thicken up the lines you’ve created.
(01:24) Step 5: Next, draw her signature bow! Draw a small circle for the middle, then draw a heart turned on its side to create each half of her bow. Finish with a line on each side to show the crease of the bow.
(01:45) Step 6: Let’s draw her ears! Start at the top of the bow, creating a curved line up and towards the right. Ear #1 should end at the middle of the bow.
(01:57) Step 7: For Ear #2, create a big U-shaped line that curves towards the right. This ear is behind Ear #1 and it doesn’t go down as far. Finish with a small straight line to show the height of the ear.
(02:05) Step 8: From the bottom of Ear #2, draw a curved line all the way down to her shoulder to form the side of her hood.
(2:12) Step 9: To finish her hood, connect the left side of her bow to her other shoulder.
(2:18) Step 10: Make all your lines thicker.
(2:27) Step 11: To finish drawing her body, we’ll start with her back. Starting on the left side of her arm, draw an S-shaped curve downward.
(2:34) Step 9: To draw her foot, draw a straight line to the right, and curve it back up like a backwards “C.” Finish with a small straight line above it for her leg.
(2:45) Step 10: Her back foot is hidden behind the front foot, so repeat the process for the other foot and leg. This leg will have a shorter line on the bottom.
(2:48) Step 11: Lastly, her little tummy! Connect the line of her leg to the bottom of her arm
(2:56) Step 12: Draw a capital “C” to complete her tail. Make all your lines thicker
(3:05) Step 13: Now let’s add her features! Draw two ovals for her eyes and color them in.
(3:14) Step 14: Draw a U-shape for her mouth. My Mel loves to spread cheer wherever she goes!
(3:17) Step 15: Finally, a sideways oval in the center of her face for her nose!
(3:20) Step 16: Finish off her look by coloring in her pink hood.
(3:40) Step 17: Color in her bow with the yellow marker. Then, fill in her nose!
Ta-Da! You did a great job!
