Just like anything, practice practice and more practice! Draw a lot, and draw different things, and look closely at your drawing and see what is good and what's bad about it, so you'll know better what to do next time. One thing I did when I was a lot younger was to trace things (and characters like spiderman) using tracing paper and I found this to be a very helpful exercise. Occasionally I'll still do this to get a feel for other artists' styles. So good luck!
