You are fantastic at drawing roses. I stopped drawing them for a few years and needed a refresher, your cheery teaching actually helped me become BETTER than I was before and learn how to use the shadows right. Thanks for being awesome.

I just found this video now, but the pencil really adds something. It really makes it look like the wilting around the edges.

Oh my gosh, I used to watch your videos back in 2011-2013 when I first got into drawing. You were most of my inspiration at the time to get into my sense of mind to really be able to draw anything decent. Now, I'm going into my second year at Full Sail University, and I can't help but think it has a little bit to do with your videos :) I just happened upon your channel today and had to stop by and say thank you!

I'm doing a self-imposed 30-day hand study challenge and just last night wanted to add a rose, but didn't feel like I had the concept of it clearly enough (I actually worked off of your hand holding a sword video!).
