@@USGOLFTVshow All really hit home for my outside/in swing path. The weight distribution and relaxing should be the most important points for me.
I enjoyed watching your video and found it very helpful. What is the key move in starting the dowswing?

Good question, the key is to get your weight/pressure moving forward early. This will promote solid contact and help get the club in the slot.

Great instruction. I have a tendency to flip my irons. Not all the time but enough that screws up my game. Also do not hit the center if the face especially the irons.

We have a couple great videos on improving contact....check them out.
I think I hit draw shots with high loft clubs like 9 iron and wedges but unintentionally because I always have to aim a bit to the right of my target lol
Great video.

Can you do a video on ball position through the bag? Should all irons be in the center of stance or some left of center or right of center? Wedges?

Most golfers, right or left handed, if they bump their hips toward the target, they usually end up shifting their weight toward the target, which in turn, in my opinion, will end up to far forward, i.e., toward the target, and as a result deloft the face of the driver creating an open face and usually end up either duffing, slicing, or both. JMO.
When you close your stance for the draw does the club face stay looking at the target or do you move that to the right of the target also.

Great question, to start keep the clubface square to the target. If you begin to over draw the ball you can then move it more in line with the stance. Make sense?

@@USGOLFTVshow Thanks! That's why I couldn't get the ball to draw but I got a nice high ball flight. I had my club in line with my stance
I hit the ball farther with a fade/slice than I do a draw. I have taken many lessons on how to hit a draw, I suppose the fade swing is so ingrained that, at my age, it's permanent. Thanks for your videos.

@@USGOLFTVshow maybe see some of your "experienced golfers" applying your vertical line swing method.
Thanks for sharing. If weight is 60% forward, and 40% back foot, how can you have your forward shoulder higher. Doesn’t make sense.
I will be trying all your tips tomorrow so hoping I can get my drives longer and drawing

Helps to keep your right elbow tucked in against your right side. When the right elbow flies out or up your going to swing across the ball.
Where are your feet suppose to be to hit the draw

Thank you for the question Kenneth! We recommend a slightly closed stance, maybe 10 degrees relative to your intended target. The key here is when you shift your aim, you want your club face to stay square relative to your target line and not your feet. (that's a secret though, don't tell your playing partners!) Hope that helps!
Don’t say what not to do ... Just tell me the correct way to do it ...
