The use of "an" applies when preceeding a word starting with a vowel. The fact that you have used it incorrectly just solidifies that you are "an" idiot on top of the fact that you are ignorant. Lastly, I'm white... smdh

Damn, shit just got real. I drew this same picture and showed it to my grandfather and he had a stroke. He woke up a week later in the hospital and asked me if Terry Bradshaw was still the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. And I said who dafuq is Terry Bradshaw? And he had another stroke and hasn't woke up again since.

Kattie Jane- I promise you: you can learn to draw this well, especially since you're so young! Drawing, like so many skills, is "perfected" mostly by practice. This may be most true with drawing. Here is what I tell people who want to teach themselves how to draw: 1- Buy or get from a library a couple of beginners drawing instruction books. Read them and, if you want to try, do some of the lessons. 2- Get some tracing paper and for one month trace different cartoon characters. Do that every day for at least one hour. (If you do it for 2 hours one day, you still do it for an hour the next day- don't skip any day!) 3- The next month do the same thing, only 'copy' the cartoon characters. Again, do that Every Day for the whole month. 4- For two weeks trace magazine pictures every day for at least an hour. ...Same rule about not skipping a day. 5- For One Year, draw/copy from magazine pictures. Same rules: Every day, at least one hour. During that year, take a month to do only faces, one month to do 'bodys' and one month copying pictures with different "Headline" letters (not the small ones). 5 1/2- In the beginning of doing #5, trace a magazine picture, then draw it. 6- For six months, copy the magazines as in #5, but use colored pencils this time. 7- This one is VERY important: For one year, draw only what you see in real-life. No copying anything. If you do these things, there is no doubt that you will be able to draw Very Well and maybe you'll have a better idea about what you want to do as an artist. Here's some additional suggestions: Keep reading Art books; Learn lettering (that will insure that you can Always make money with art); Talk to every artist you can about art- you will learn something from every one of them; LEARN TO PAINT but get instruction to do this- Good painting is more 'technical' so learn from good painters and do the things they tell you even if you don't want to- some of the things won't make sense to you and they will be BORING (in the end you'll be happy you followed the instructions) Best of LUCK- something you won't need much if you practice, practice, practice. EDIT: Also, keep ALL of your drawings (especially the ones you don't like)- They will allow you to compare new drawings to old (you'll be surprised how well you're doing sometimes!)

Oh my. What an illusion.

Again, I am very impressed.

My Dad was a terrific Artist...both in oil painting and "pen & Ink" illustration. I seem to have 'inherited' at least some of that ability. :) I never got very far in the painting skills, although I did turn out a few acrylics that were pretty good. But I have done a lot of illustration work, even doing it for the USMC as a Training Aides Illustrator for 3 years! But, like my Dad, I left my artwork to the side for a J-O-B ... Until retirement. One of my greatest "I WISH I had..." things. [I was even offered a FULL GRANT to study Medical Illustration at Emory University, but let other 'life choices' get in the way...] Now that I am 'retired', like my Dad I want to return to my artwork, ad see if I can "bring it back to life"... So I will be viewing ALL of your videos over the near future, and use them to stir the creative juices once again! Thank You!
