Does the dart intake apply to all sizes please?

No ma. For bust 34 to 40 I use 1.75 or 2 inch depending on the difference between the bust and Waist. You can check my tutorial on how to draft a princess bustier I explained in details how to calculate the dart for different sizes.

It's a balloon sleeve. You'll cut a flare and. Add elastic to it
