I divided it by 6.28 because that's the measurement we have to use when we want to cut a full circle. Please let me know if you have any more questions 💚

Hi, for the 2 tone hat, it's aso oke fabric and the other side is a black satin fabric. The second hat is made from a cotton ankara fabric and paired with a wax ankara fabric.
