I click on download my data and it just stays on a white screen - no further options - anyone have a fix?

If I use TikTok on an android and iPhone, do I need to request data separately on each phone. Or does the data download include my use of both phones in one file?

What's the difference between both of these options ?which one should i choose ? Can i download it and then segregates it ( leave my favorite videos and remove comments etc ) and then upload it to a new account ?

@yusuff7_ didn't work . For a couple of weeks, I was waiting to download the file, but nothing happened until I created a new account, and then they gave an option to download the old one! Bad luck I guess
