Please try another USB cable or plug in the USB cable in another USB port in your PC/Laptop and make sure to turn on your printer.

Dear admin, while installing, the light went off. I was at the step to print the test page and the printer was showing scan smart panel app and the power turned off. Do you know where I can start again, I was connected with USB. I will really appreciate your help. I was helping parents using team viewer in India !!

Cancel and do it again make sure you have a stable internet connection

Yes po kapag hindi nyo po kasi ininstall yung maari kayong makaprint pero pagdating sa papersizes kulang po madalas wala legal size
