Back body drop is probably one of the most scariest maneuvers that I ever had done to me

I'm really surprised that Flair was able to do these through his entire career and that he always got so airborn and never fucked up the move.

When I was first training. We had to do this move at first I was scared of this move. But more I practice this the more I got comfortable with it.

We just learned this last night at wrestling school. U explained it better than my teacher TBH. When u giving it we was taught to use both the hands on the thighs. Great video

I see this move a lot in lucha Libre specially when the rudos team up to punish the técnicos. I love how it looks and even wrestling logic wise it makes sense you are sort of doing a judo move where you use the momentum of the other person to flip them over...but yea being in the receiving end looks so painful! I can't believe this guys had to take it a couple of times in a row

Man, I seen Rick Flair take the back body drop over and over and he never lies flat or at least that is how it seems. It always looks like he lands a bit one sided.

That's because he had his back screwed up in a leer jet accident back in the late 70s, I wanna say. He was never able to take full flat bumps again.
